Bihar will get its fourth airport in September, preparations for PM Modi's program in Purnia are in full swing

 After Patna, Gaya ji, Darbhanga, Bihar is going to get its fourth airport in the form of Purnia Airport. Flight operations will begin from Purnia Airport in the month of September. The administration has started preparations for the possible program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.



Bihar will get its fourth airport next month i.e. in September 2025. Preparations have intensified for the inauguration of Purnia Airport before the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. With the inauguration of Purnia Airport by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, efforts are in full swing to start air service from here. There is a discussion in political circles that PM Modi is going to inaugurate Purnia Airport on his birthday, 17 September. This will be the fourth airport of Bihar after Patna, Darbhanga, Gaya ji. Along with the inauguration, flight service will also be started from here next month.

Extensive preparations have been started for the inauguration program of Purnia airport. In view of the possible program of the Prime Minister in Purnia district, DM Anshul Kumar and SP Sweety Sehrawat jointly did the on-site inspection of Indira Gandhi Stadium and Rangbhoomi Ground on Wednesday. The officials inspected inside the Indira Gandhi Stadium and then Rangbhoomi Ground. Security points were discussed along with the map. On this occasion many necessary guidelines were given to SDM Parth Gupta, Additional Collector Law and Order Raj Kumar Gupta, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Sadar and Traffic DSP and the concerned departmental officers.
